Resilient Warrior  – Pearls of Wisdom

Resilient Warrior: Pearls of Wisdom is the powerful true story of Elisha Boyd – a woman who refused to be defined by trauma, humiliation, or loss of power. From a shy country girl in Turkey Town, Alabama, to a collegiate athlete, soldier, survivor, and mentor, Elisha’s journey reveals how strength is forged in the fire of lived experience.

Through childhood insecurity, military life, sexual trauma, racism, rejection, and moments of danger, Elisha discovers a truth that changes everything: resilience is not about what happens to you—it’s about what rises within you. In these pages, she reclaims her voice after assault, confronts shame and self-doubt, and learns to love herself completely—from the top of her head to the soles of her feet.

Blending raw honesty, faith, and hard-won wisdom, Elisha offers readers:

  • inspiration to reclaim their power

  • hope after trauma and heartbreak

  • courage to confront the past without being imprisoned by it

  • practical insight for healing, confidence, and self-worth

Now an author, mentor, and advocate for women and veterans, Elisha stands as a living declaration that your past does not determine your destiny. Your pain can become purpose. Your story can become strength.
